 COMPANY BACKGROUND

Our company started in SHELL SOLAR PHILIPPINES own by DUTCH - PETROLEUM - OIL COMPANY. The name of the project is a Malampaya Sound El Nido Palawan for the drilling of LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) for soon 20 years in a making for oil drilling for our country economic sustainability by late President Ferdinand Marcos. But  the people of  Palawan hesitated  and  devastated  the  project and made  the interruption and to sabotaged  the project by the MOROS  TRIBE and MNLF ( MORO NATIONAL LIBERATION FRONT) to protest  ,and  claimed for their domain  ancestral rights for  their natural wealth. On that time the SHELL PHILIPPINES introduced  the SHELL SOLAR PHILIPPINES to spread the education for the people of Palawan that can create a big blow to the  entire  community of  Palawan-for  sustainability ,reconstruct  and  rehabilitate  the  effect of social irrelevant and social  development  of  people  of  Palawan  and   Mindanao Region  also. They created 1 Mega Watts Solar Farm in Tenequiban New Ibahay and water treatment tanks in Brgy. Sibaltan El Nido Palawan. Other projects in Batarasa Solar Farm , street lights in San  Rafael Puerto Princesa, and other  seminar, lecture  and  exposure  to  Germany and  Netherland for the  transfer  technology of  renewable energy by  the foreign and  Pilipino combine  team for  Solar Energy Technology. And also campaign to Anti Malaria for the community by the Shell Foundation and NGO- PO. After 3 yrs. in a making  of  this program by the Shell Company to protect the project  of  Malampaya Oil Depot  in  El Nido Palawan that  created of 600 units of small and  medium scale for Solar  Gen. Set in Community of entire Province. The result of the mark up sales of Shell Solar on the top company sales in 2001-2006 up to now was extended in Mindoro Island. A few some of our member migrate to manila to have further opportunity for Solar Industry in Luzon started in 2009, our other members  re-schooling  to the institute like EARIST  and UP Diliman Los Baños sponsored  by Jica  Foundation  other was Caritas Foundation for continuing study for Solar Industry and to finish their achievement with a  full pledge  solar /ECE  ENGINEER. They started to established the SOLAR STAR COMPANY a group of researchers both veteran and rookies of  ECE - EE engineering  students . We  integrated  together for the project with the De Lasalle University in Manila Solar Car sponsored  by Shell Foundation,  our EARIST school support cat walk street lights 1 kilowatt phase 1 project and full solar  powered 500 watts  in EE lab and some  projects  in roof top solar , others are in  computer engineering  for  solar  car  battery. Experimenting , laboratory workshop control and  automation  of  solar for the solar  tracking  device to save  expenses  in  battery  bank  for  the  back-up of  solar  grid. Solar  Star  got  the  first  project  in Bambang, Manila 300 watt solar  gen set own by  Chinese teacher, who was accused by illegal tapping of Meralco with a penalty of  300,000 pesos for each houses of  10 residents  in Bambang Manila. The teacher suffered in 3 years banned from the Meralcowithout electricity . She challenges the many universities that can provide Electricy through solar powered that financial sponsored by the teacher’s relative who works in Japan.  One of the School that Answered her Prayers is Our Institute – EARIST. That’s why our team took place the said problem and the project was accomplished. Our services extend and soon have a project to Teresa , Rizal joint project by Suntech and Solar Star. Street lights in Antipolo Rizal joint  by architect  Maundy and they took disintegration of Solar  Star agreement, we add a new  curriculum  to  UP Los Baños for solar  engineer  and solar  technician  requirement by  Mr.  James Tumbaga in year 2011  lead  President  Researcher of former President  Gloria Macapagal  Arroyo and now Congresswoman of Pampanga and other  extension service  in many  school for their  project  in solar  engineering like  taguig /pup /ama /pasig /earist. After 2013 we do a lot  massive  campaign  showcase and modeling of our 100 watts topray solar gen. Set in San Diego Muslim community in Taguig and Metro Manila that  created  our  Solar Star in  fame.  For solar  customization  contract system to win and  win solution in  elevate  the  needs  of  Filipino community , businessman, entrepreneurs , corporate ,  government and private employees , and churches also both foreign to support  our  campaign using  renewable  energy in the  Philippines  is not  for  rich only  but for people empowerment  also. In further broad scope of our market arena in solar industry and   tactical agreement in construction firm finally separated our teams to the marketing  tools, and by community works in  Mindoro lead by Ret. Gen. Ernesto Tañedo, IT works lead  by MR. Roderick M. Piedad  and  other  lead  by Mr. Serafin D. Lalo and  other in school base, NGO lead  by the  other Professor and  students  of  EARIST. Finally our team conglomerate to longtime brotherhood Mr. Jaime C. Siyang  a private  contractor both Civil and  Solar Industry also focusing in 10 KVA project in Oroqueta, a project by ASIA WORLD. COMPANY CONCEPT

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

BETWEEN THE

MR/MRS. LITO LIMAND SUN RISE POWER TECHNOLOGY

This memorandum of agreement is made on MAY 21, 2014 between _ MR/MRS. LITO LIM_(client) which located at 1221 OROQUETA ST. STA. CRUZ  MANILAand SUN RISE POWER TECHNOLOGY (contractor) which located at 3132 GEN. P. GARCIA BANGKAL MAKATI CITY.

The purpose of this Memorandum of Agreement is to precede a project base contract arrangement in which planning documents, deliverables, and site requirements are produced.

1.      Services To Be Performed. The contractor agrees to perform the following services for Client including but not limited to: mounting and installing Solar Generator Set. Work may be started after a contract is entered and is understood to be part of this Understanding until such a time as a contract is entered.

2.      Payment. In consideration of Contractor’s performance of these services, Client agrees to pay the appropriate portion (60%) 162,000 pesos of the total cost 270,000 for the project which is projected to be completed not more than: 24 days.

Further, Client agrees to pay all the contactors expenses in connection with this Understanding, including travel, supplies, equipment, consultation and any third party expense relating to the understanding. All expenses, except consultation, must be pre-approved by the Client in writing. Consultation - SUN RISE POWER TECHNOLOGY with a fee of 5,000 pesos

To activate this agreement, the Client will submit the (60%)in partial fulfillment of the project cost. And pay (40%) 108,000 pesos of final project cost in full when the project was done.
